You'll own end-to-end project coordination for Komdigi 117/2024–compliant AI engagements: scheduling sprints, tracking deliverables against regulatory checkpoints, reconciling timesheets and resource allocation, and flagging blockers before they slip timelines. You report directly to the Tribe Operation lead and are accountable for on-time, on-spec handoffs to clients.
What we're filtering for
- Managed project schedules (Asana, Monday, or Jira) for teams 5+
- Experience with government/regulated procurement or compliance docs
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling: budget tracking, resource planning
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end task closure without supervision
- Written Indonesian + English; comfort reading Kepmen or contract language
